About the project

Conceived to dialogue with the interior architecture of the We Are EDN restaurant at the DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, this textile installation brings texture, colour and rhythm into a hospitality environment.

Working alongside the Amsterdam architects and the Belgian design studio WeWantMore, we recreated the Dutch tulip — the city's most iconic motif — as large-scale embroidered room dividers. Each panel is finished on both sides, a signature of our craft: every stitch is made to be seen from anywhere in the space.

The project was shortlisted and then awarded at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2025, in the Europe, Hotel category.
